Background
House of Fraser has 62 stores dispersed throughout the UK. Following numerous acquisitions, some stores are known under the banner of Jenners or Beatties.

The Challenge
House of Fraser required consolidation of print spend and identification of spend allocation.

They had numerous print suppliers providing operational print and business forms production. All relationships with print suppliers and manufacturers were managed directly by their internal operations team

Following a comprehensive audit process and extensive benchmarking process performed by UDM, House of Fraser awarded us the printing contract to deliver all their operational, business forms and stationery print solutions.
