Introduction
Thistle Hotels and Guoman Hotels are leading hotel groups in the UK.

Background
Thistle Hotels has recently invested £230M to improve the quality of facilities throughout their 47 hotels in the UK.

Guoman Hotels own two world class hotels, one in a prime London location and one in Fiji.

The Challenge
When both their marketing and procurement functions were relocated to Heathrow an ideal opportunity arose to review the delivery of marketing communications and to explore the potential benefits of an alternative supply chain.

Following a comprehensive tender exercise and extensive benchmarking process Thistle Hotels and Guoman Hotels appointed UDM under a three year contract to deliver all marketing, communications and print solutions.

UDM has achieved single supplier status with Thistle Hotels and Guoman Hotels for their printing and marketing outputs.
